23 months -- can count backwards

Jasper can count backwards from 10 to 1 and 20 to 1 no problem. He can count from a number less than 99 down to 1 with little help. He can remember and recall the first names of a few toddlers from the playgroups. Today he kissed Lily(3Yrs) on her cheek and said "kiss lily!". He can spell or construct simply English words using foam letters during the bath -- those foam letters can stick on the bath tiles when moistened. He has very little interest in using a pen for drawing or scribbling. The playgroup leader at the Tuesday group asked him "what's this?", he answered "yeyyow(yellow) triangle block!".
